ECBOE Quick Sheet Reopening Guide-Helpful answers concerning the opening of the 2020-2021 school year.

Meal kits will be distributed from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30 & Wednesday, 8/1. Distribution times will last for 2 hours, or until meals are gone. Meals are FREE to all students age 18 and under. Students must be present to receive meals. Each kit will contain 7 breakfast and 7 lunch meals.

The Way of the Cross Forrest Avenue is giving out free boxed lunches daily Monday -Friday 11:00 am -12:30 . Pick up at the door no one is disqualified 256-543-1003

Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten Online Registration is open for all Etowah County Elementary Schools. Please click Online Registration above to be directed to the site. 

Required Documents
Students child's Blue Immunization Form (available from your pediatrician or the Health Department), Certified Birth Certificate or other forms of certificate for age verification, valid Social Security Card (Voluntary), two Proofs of Residence, and Proof of Custody when warranted. Alabama law provides that a child must be five years of age on or before September 1st to be eligible to attend kindergarten.


 - School time will start at 7:45 with NO car riders coming inside until 7:20.

-  All students will eat breakfast in their classrooms starting at 7:30 until 7:45 daily.

 - Students must be in their classrooms by 7:45 or they are tardy. Students who are tardy, must be signed in by a parent/guardian
